Lesson Plans For Middle School English

I have four lessons for my middle grade novel Anabar’s Run. Two of the lesson plans are free, including the complete novel for free. Anabar’s Run and the second book in the series, Anabar Rises, are a coming-of-age story about a young man who risks everything: fame, career, and the love of a princess to try to stop a war and bring peace.

Besides these lessons, I would happy to visit classrooms face-to-face or online to discuss my books. Teachers or schools can reach me here on Substack.

Also on the Teachers Pay Teachers site, I have a PowerPoint file with 298 slides I call “Daily Warmups.” They are on a variety of subjects including grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing, and more. I used them with my sixth grade English classes as bellringers when they came into class.
